Cheapest iPaq with replacable batteries?

Because my iPAQ 3630 cant be upgraded to windows mobile 2003 (and I deseprately need TTS program which only runs on windows2003) i am now looking for cheap replacement for my old iPAQ.


I dont need special features like bluetooth, my only requrements are:
-replacable battery
-windows 2003
-file store folder - (?flash? rom that stores instaled programs, so they dont have to be instaled again every time battery runs out and ram is lost)
-can run programs written for ARM processor(from iPAQ 3630)
-slot for additional memmory

Can you recommed me some iPAQ models? I am planing to buy from Ebay and as far I know only models h1940, h1945 and onwards would suite these criteria.

Find a used iPaq 4155. It has 400mhz, and 64mb of ram and WM2003. Not WM2003SE. It's fast, small and plenty of ram. It has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth too. I'll sell you mine for $200 if you want, with the box and manuals.
