Now that I had some time to collect all the PI’s of the filesys.exe-related processes on HP iPAQ hx4700 devices with the 2.01 ROM version (please see this article (http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=1096&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1) for more info on this specific ROM version), I’ve recompiled the filesys throttler.
They are available HERE (http://www.winmobiletech.com/082006FilesysThrottler/). Please read bullet 3 HERE (http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=861&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1) on finding out which of them works on your particular 2.01 hx4700.
Please also note that, now that filesys.exe is far more friendly than in 2.0, I no longer think using the throttler is highly recommended. You may, however, still find them useful.
