Installing software

Okay yes, really dumb question. How do I install a .vb file to my Pocket PC? I have a HP Jordana 568 (only just got it thats why I dont know). Im having trouble getting anything thats zipped on there. Obviously I unzip it first but its telling me the files are incomptabile. Help please?

Im a newbie to the whole Pocket PC so dont take it for granted I know what youre talking bout! You may have to explain step-by-step LOL

Is this a program? I've never even heard of a *.vb file for Pocket PC. Sounds like a visual basic file.
