I have Ipaq h1900 (H1935) can you help me with this Proplem ?????

I have Ipaq h1900 (H1935) and 2 days ago i was tryin to turn it on and i found a white screen with Hp logo and a 1.07 on the top and then FREEZ and nothing but this screen ..i tried to take the battery out and do the hard reset but still have this screen....so anyone can help me with this proplem...or do i need to reinstall the OS again ???

Have you done a hard reset??

Sometimes taking the battery out and back in will only do a soft reset.

yes i tried to do the hard reset ..the screen blink...and then freez again !!!!!!! i dont know is this means that i need to reinstall the os again ??

You don't need to reinstall the OS - that's precisely what a hard reset does anyway. More than likely your main and backup batteries are near end-of-life, and need replacing.
