I used to have an HP iPAQ rx3115 and it had a much better bluetooth manager than my Dell Axim x51v does. I cant even figure out how to do file transfers off my friends cell phone.

Is it possible to get different bluetooth managers?

I heard somewhere that this is Microsoft's manager, and the only one was Broadcoms? manager. Stack. Thingy.

I cant remember anything else though. Urgh.

Smart people. Help.

Check the Aximsite forums (X50/51 forums). There was some creative people doing things with the broadcom stack on the X51v. (There one or two threads over there and they were several pages each. Happy reading!)

Whats an Audio Gateway?

It's a profile (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth#Bluetooth_profiles) within bluetooth which governs the way your PDA connects to a headset. It is a two-way system (so you can hear and speak), but mono-audio only, and also relatively lo-fi since it is (supposed to be) optimised for speech. Not recommended for listening to music - for that you would need the AV profile, also known as A2DP.
