Less common are Bluetooth speakerphones. Put together with a Pocket PC Phone Edition or Smartphone, and they make great hands-free and conference call solutions. Brighthand recently put the MVOX MV900 through its paces. Head over there and check out the review to learn more about it.

I've been using the MVOX boxes for a number of months for Ukraine to US Skype calls. Problematic and echos, and kind of "bass-y". In bigger rooms it didnt really work all that well. When it was just me is was satisfactory.

I have since bought the Polycom Communicator and am ecstatic. Works well, directly integrated via API to skype as well. Large rooms can hear and be heard well.

For me - the Polycom is it.
