First, I wantd to say hello to everyone as I just signed up with this awesome board.

Second, here's my current setup:
Samusung i730
Mobile 5.0
Pocket Outlook
Verizon Wireless Sync (for syncing email, contacts, etc. to my home PC)

While the push email feature of Wireless Sync works great, I am not able to work with the same Outlook folders that I have on my PC. For example, if I receive an email and I want to move it to a "job related" folder, I cannot seem to do that remotely and have it move in tandem on my deskyop. The other issue I have is not being able to read HTML emails in Pocket Outlook.

Does anyone know of workarounds for these twio issues and/or alternative applications that can be used?

Thx

I don't use the Verizon Wireless Sync, so it's hard to say...it sound like it only syncs your main Outlook Inbox, so you'd have to look in the options and see if it allows you to select other folders to sync.

Another option if you want more control is to use a hosted Exchange account from 4smartphone (http://www.4smartphone.net/affiliates.aspx?go=referal&ref=JD10726) [affiliate]. With an Exchange server you can configure which folders sync.

Inbox Mobile is, as you've learned, not able to read HTML email. You need to use FlexMail for that: http://www.webis.net/?p_id=mail

As Jason has pointed out, FlexMail has HTML support.

Also, you may want to give a try to Qmail, the, in my opinion, toether with FlexMail, best all-in-one mailer client for the Pocket PC. It also has HTML support and is free. Some other clients (for example, the free nPopw) also have (in cases, partial) HTML support. Please see the article at http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/index.php?action=expand,46750 for more info on HTML compatibility.
