Will USB receivers like the new Pharos iGPS-500 interface with JasJar's mini USB port provided I obtain a mating cable? Do I need additional drivers?
TIA!

No, they won't. To work with a USB peripheral, a device has to have USB Host, which the JASJAR doesn't. No cable or drivers will help.

What you will want is a USB GPS. At this point they can be had for not much more than the wired variety.
Edit: Don't know why that came out USB GPS. I swear I typed BT GPS.

The JASJAR has Bluetooth. ipq_shakur, have you considered a Bluetooth GPS receiver instead?

Yeah, but I'm getting an iGPS-500 and the BT dock isn't out for it yet and I'm leaving soon for Europe.
