Notes > Outlook, Date/Time stamp

How can i identify the create date/time of each Note? On the ipaq it shows the last file created today with just the time, and all older (non today) notes just show the date (not the time). Once transferred to Outlook the date/time appears to be the synchronized time.
The date/time is very important, any ideas welcomed. thanks

The only way I can think of to do this would be to simply put a date/time stamp in the body or header of the Note. I know that's not a very glamorous solution, but I think the tracking info you need can only be provided automatically with apps like PhatNotes.
