It seems to match up with the recent announcement by Microsoft, Palm, and Vodafone of the delivery of a Treo for the European region. So, what might we expect? Quad-band GSM/GPRS/3G support, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, a 240 x 240 display (you weren't expecting more, were you? ;)), Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi (maybe), a miniSD slot, a 1.3-megapixel camera (another maybe), Windows Mobile 5.0 with the MSFP, and all that Palm lovin' via the special value-added Today plug-ins, packed into a shell resembling the Treo 700w, minus the external antenna. Sources indicate a Treo 750v model name, but still no word yet on a release date or price. If you're dying to learn more, you can register your interest at Vodafone.
