Is everyone getting their "reply notifications" on this forum?

I'm not on many forums. My provider says it could be blacklisting services they use so I'm wondering who you use for email and if you know what blacklist services are used?

i'm getting most of my replies on this forum (well, i think, all). but i notice on some other boards i'm not getting all my updates.
