Spectec Camera SD programming

I'm starting to develop for Pocet PC. I have to develop a program to capture Images and video with this camera conected to my pocket pc.
I'm using Visual Studio 2003 and Windows Mobile 2003. I have the SDK of the camera written in C++ but I don't know how to use it.
Can anybody help me? There is another way for me to capture images? I know there is a class CameraCaptureDialog in .net 2005, but I must use 2003.
