ICS for Windows Mobile

Does anyone know if there is a ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) type program for Windows mobile? I'd like to turn my Qtek 9100 into a portable hotspot. Bear with me for a moment and I'll tell you what I want to be able to do.

I'd like to have WiFi device be able to connect to my phone via it's WiFi connection and be able to browse the Internet through my phone's EDGE connection. Or how about plug my Ethernet card into my e800 and then have my WiFi devices connect to my wired network via my Toshiba.

Anything out there like this?

Anything out there like this? Over Bluetooth yes, I'm not aware in it would also work through WiFi.
