hp1930 UNABLE TO ACTIVSYNC WITH pc

Hi I have windows 2003 outlook on my pc so I put on activesync without loading outlook 2002, I am unable to syncronise my ipaq at all.

I have tried taking off 2003 and putting on 2002 and had no success my email would not work.

Is there any patches available that I can upgrade the ipaq to outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 is fully supported by ActiveSync.

What is the exact problem you're getting?
