Cingular Pocket PC: Moving contacts from SIM to Phone?

I have all my contacts on my SIM from my last phone. I want to move all of them from the SIM to the phone... Is there a way to do this without duplicating everyone?

I have the 8125 and there is a little program called Sim Manager...

Start>Programs>Sim Manager

this doesn't move the contents but rather copies them from the SIM card to the Contacts on the 8125.
