8125 wont sync up with win media 10 but syncs up with comp???

i just got my 2g mini sd and want to put some videos on my 8125 but when i push the set up must be completed button next to the media logo on the microsoft active sync. when i push the set up must be completed button button it opens windows media player 10 in the sync section. but it says no device has been detected push f5 to refresh the player.

well i have pushed f5 about 40 times and still nothing. whats the deal?? thanks for the help guys

I had the same problem with my I-Mate Jasjar, and there was no solution until I did a ROM upgrade later. I never did find out what the bug was...? :?
