I found it to be so hard to find somethign I am looking for for my Motorola Q, but here is the best option I found if you want to use your phone while it is protected in a leather case...

The Fortte case is nice. We've just launched the monaco Motorola Q aluminum metal cases, http://www.wirelessground.com/moqac.html Leather cases are always sleek looking, but in terms of protection, aluminum will definitely hold up better. If you're the type who just wants something to prevent smaller less damaging scratched, silicone is a good option as well.
