Any good image editing, storing, and displaying software?

I like what I have on my PC, but was wondering if there is a really good, yet not too expensive, software for displaying images on PDA?
Any suggestions?

Resco has a product called Photo Viewer
SPB has Imageer (really great and they are updating it in the next couple months)
WM5 has a basic one in it
HP Ipaq's come with a strong viewer as well

It's been a while and I am not sure what the best priced online sources are for software for PPC's such as the Dell X50v for example.

If you want the fastest & best, go for Resco.

If you want something free but still very nice, go for XnView.
