Problems with my H3650 :(

Hello Everyone :)

I got a IPAQ H3650 and got some problems with it :(

I recently bought this one cheap so i dont know much about it.

When i start it, the loading stops att the IPAQ compaq.... screen and it wont move from there.
There is some numbers on the bottom screen

Im begining to think that its not any OS on it :/
Could anyone tell me how to install an OS on it in this chase?

I recently got to my notice that it has windows on it.
So it just get stuck on that screen :/

Two things come to mind here:

1. Try a hard reset (if you don't have the manual, visit HP's website)

2. The battery may be dead (given the age of this device, that's more than likely) - leave it on AC power for 24 hours before trying to start it again. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to source for a new one.
