I downloaded this a few hours ago, and I'm already hooked. 8)

I had ordered Sbp Time 1.1 just recently. They were nice enough to send me an email to give me the 2.0 upgrade for free since I had purchased 1.1 within 90 days prior to the update. :D

This has included a lot of the enhancements that I had asked for however, I do have a problem with it.
I have the screensaver enabled when on external power only and my device keeps turning itself on every 5 minutes even on battery. Anyone else got this?

Edit: Hmmm.. just discovered when an alarm is triggerred my phone device thinks it's an incoming call!

Is there a support forum for SPB products anywhere? I already own PocketPlus and the Clock integration looks very tempting. I installed the demo, but the digital clock takes up a lot of empty space on the PocketPlus screen, I am hoping it's skinnable, but would like to find out for sure.

We consider applying this upgrade policy (90 days free major upgrade guarantee) to all our products. Now we have 30 days free major upgrade guarantee but 90 days seem more reasonable. What do you think?

The VGA looks great on my Jasjar. The skins work when installed to a memory card. The only quibble I have is that both the QVGA & VGA files are installed automatically. It make the footprint bigger than it needs to be. I went through and deleted the non-VGA files because my space is at a premium.

Also, it would be nice to be able to choose upfront whether to have the Today plugin installed, as well.

All in all, though, a great worthwhile product that finally supports WM5.

Just an update to my post above.
I think I must have had a dodgy install because all is now working fine.
Thanks to Spb for a very quick response to my problem.

Vassili, Denis:

The uipgrade page says to install Time 2.0 over the 1.1 version, which I purchased quite a while ago.

However as my current device is a Cingular 8125, I've not installed SPB Time 1.1 on that because it did not support WM5.

So can I still install the upgrade without 1.1 being installed on this device? Or must it be installed over the old version to pick up the old serial number?

Thanks.

Yes. It is just not recommended to install Spb Time 2.0 over Spb Time 1.1. But you can install it to a clean Pocket PC for sure.

When you purchase upgrade you get a serial number for Spb Time 2.0 that works in the same way as a serial number when you purchase Spb Time 2.0.

I'm a bit interested in it now that it supports VGA, the skinning looks fun. Must try it when I get home from the US since it doesn't have a cab to install (my inlaws only use Macs). :)

Hi Juni!

I didn't know you were visiting over here.

Are you anywhere close at all to Philadelphia? I'll buy you and your better half dinner!

:D

600 - 700 miles away. Oh well!

In-laws? K's family? I didn't know she was from the US.

I hope you are enjoying your stay!

vassiliphilippov, can you guys consider moving the location of "snooze" and "dismiss" buttons in alarm screen? I'm trying SPBTime on my iPaq 2490 with Korean language pack installed, and dismiss button is not showing. I know you have released an updated version (2.0.1) to address the issue, but with a different font, the problem still comes back. Other than that, I really like the program. Thanks.
