Sprint and Verizon BT modem Phones

I'm going to be switching services soon to probably Sprint and wondered which phones would allow me to access the high speed net (Power Vision) through my Dell Axim X51V using Bluetooth. Will the $15 plan work w/ that method (I'm sure its against the TOS but does it work). Also interested in which phones on the Verizon side will do the same thing.

I use Samsung A900 with my Axim x50v. Before that I had LG 325, bluetooth was maxed at 30 kbs, like a bad dial-up. I do have the unlimited data plan, I use the phone-as-modem to watch World cup games on Axim while in train :-)
