O2 Atom convert Chinese version to English Version possible?

I'm getting a Chinese Version O2 Atom. Can i convert it to English?
if Yes, how do I do this? Can anyone help me? I'm New at this!

you know how some product have language you can change? can you change it in phone setting?

This isn't possible on Windows Mobile devices - all OS images are single langauge only.
