Hello
I would like to build myselft external backup battery for my Ipaq(3600).
Unfortunately all web pages with plans and instructions i found were allready dead
( like: http://www.brighthand.com/html/howto/be.html
http://www.pocketpcpassion.com/Casio/DennisWolfe/BatteryExtender/BatteryExtender.htm
or they refer to "orignial design by Dennis Wolfe" which is also nowhere to find.)
Could someone email me the electrical schematics of Wolfe's design or give me advice,
what are dangers with external batteries:
-do they need over-current protection?
-do they need voltage stabilization IC?
-i suppose they need zener diode to prevent LOW external battery form surging current from Ipaq's battery
