Hopefuly some one can help me with this. I am looking for a Database program for Pocket PC and PC that can use the same files and also be able to export the infromation to a PDF, TXT, DOC or XLS file. The ability to add, edit and delete records on both PC and PPC would be an added bonus.

Thanks

HanDBase (http://www.ddhsoftware.com/description.html?II=DDHHB401&UID=)

It has a desktop component as well as Pocket PC and it synchronizes at the record level!

As for the export abilities:

Anything that prints will be able to make PDFs if you have the appropriate PDF creator software.

I don't think DOC is a standard data format that is used. You would be able to export in some standard ASCII format than open in something like Excel which would allow you to link the information to a word document. Unless you are talking about the Palm Pilot DOC format in which case, I doubt it.

Text export should be a standard feature of any database program. HanDBase certainly does text export but I have never personally tried it so I do not know exactly how it works.

Exporting directly to Excel is not supported by the version of HanDBase I use but Excel can handle various text formats.

There is a demo (http://ddhsoftware.com/demo.html?program=handbaseproppc) available for HanDBase so you can give it a run.

Thanks for that.
I have tried HanDBase and I love it, it does everything I was hoping it would do. It exports to Esxcel, Word and HTML. Exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks
