hw6515 and hw6715 worth paying extra?

I am in Thailand and am considering buying the hp hw6515 since the price has dropped considerably. There is almost a 9000 baht (238 usd) difference between the 6515 and the 6715. Wifi is not that important to me as I am living out in the sticks. Is it really worth paying that extra 238 bucks for the 6715? I mean, what benefits will I gain from having a windows mobile 5 device opposed to a windows 2003 device? Will I get a better battery life with the 6715?

To answer your question about the price of the hw 6515, it was 22,000 baht (572 usd) at a technology fair in Bangkok two days ago. Outside of Bangkok you can be paying as much as 25,000 baht (650 usd). Is that pricey comared to the selling price in your country? WHat country are you in?
