Kinda hard to help with nothing to go on - what exactly do you mean, doesn't work? Does it turn on at all? If it does, are you saying it can't find any networks? If it can, and connects, are you saying it can't access the internet/network?

hello, i turn on the wif and the settings say that it is connected to the accesspoint, but i try to load a page and a message comes saying it cannot be loaded now, try again later. i also have subscribed to the mobile internet and it doesn;t work on this kjam either. it says opening, locating, but never gets to the page. both wifi and internet work fine on my sp5m, plz help, maybe i ought to return it?

Your wifi works - what's screwed up is your network settings. The problem is that with PDA phones, depending on carrier/location, the internet network connection may have been defaulted to GPRS or equivalent. For wifi, this obviously won't work.

What kind of network setup do you have or are you testing outside at a hotspot? WEP/WPA? MAC filtering? 802.11b or 802.11g?

thanks soo much for your help and patience, my carrier is in saudi arabia, saudi telecom, i chose that from a list of operators and the imate installed the settings automatically for me, i have used the internet gprs on my other imate as i mentioned before. my wireless accent point is u.s. robotics (new model), and it works effortlessly with all of my other wlan devices. here are my settings for the wifi on the imate device:
under network cards it says i'm connected to the accesspoint in my home, i checked to access "all available", under network adaptors i checked card connects to the internet--i cannot think of anything else to add to the wifi settings. as for the gprs settings as i said-the phone itself supplied and installed those, where else can i look for the problem? thanks
