I-Mate Jamin, Cannot connect Active Sync thru USB

Hi,
Platform: I-mate jamin, WM5, Activesync 4.1, HPCompaq nx6110 Laptop.

I am unable to connect my I-mate jamin to active sync thru USB. When i put the Mobile in the Cradle it says connecting... and that's it. I went thru the whole connection process again and again, no luck, i went thru the whole troubleshooting process on Microsoft website, still no luck, I hard reset my Mobile, same same.
I am able to connect thru Bluetooth (but its keeps disconnecting specially when installing programs or transferring files).
I was able to connect to another laptop, but after a while i am having the same problem.

Anyone who can support or have any clues would be appreciated.

I had the same problem when I first hooked up my Jamin. My best advice is to search the forums - that's where I found my answer. My issues had to do wth not having the most up to date AS and too many firewalls on for my PC to talk to my imate.

That's What I was doing for some time now with no luck,
I even unistalled my Firewall and disabled all Anti Viruses....
