Change CPU-speed by MortScript

Hi,

I would like to modify PPC settings before starting certain programs. It
already works with MortScript for the volume settings, backlight intensity,
keeping PPC alive and I'm able to start the program I want to start.

However, I didn't find a way to change the speed and to modify backlight
switch off time the same way.

Does anybody know how to change it by registry settings or something else
like remote controlled?
