I have a wireless hp5555 and have been connecting to a wireless network all this week on my PC until today. I use the same network, and it shows I am connected to the network, but every page I try to go to, it says PAGE NOT FOUND. The setting is INTERNET under network card. Jerrynys had a similar problem (post of 3/6/06), but it was for work connection. HELP!!

Have you tried a soft reset yet? Older devices have a lot of issues with wireless, my wife has an iPAQ 4150 and it's HORRIBLE at being consistent with WiFi. :?

Hi:
C Jason Dunn's reply about his wife having problems with 4150 and my old 5555 to my question.

I think it might be the network browser if it's microsoft IE. I have problems with microsoft IE on my desktop at times. But now the IPAQ seems find.

I had a 5550 and the WiFi was so unreliable, I got rid of it. Total letdown :-(

Good luck with your issues!
