Does anyone remember that site ?

Hi,

Does anyone remember that site with many many (hundreds) of small useless Vb applications. I remember he had applications that ended with CE as a suffix. One of his "games" were called HockeyCE. He had a Love Meter program, a Hypnotysing program and i think a fortune telling program. If anyone remember that website please tell me what it is. I think that the site had a black backround and red text. It wasn't professional looking and neither were his programs.
