Big (software) keyboard!!!

Hi! I need a big keyboard software :D for my device (hx2795, WM5, qVGA)... I have tried SPB Full screen keyboard but unfortunately It has some problems with Phatware Calligraphers and the issue will be fixed in the next upgrade. However, I need a big keyboard software for entry datas with my fingers... what could it be the alternative choise? What do you suggest?

I think SPB's FullScreen Keyboard is unique. I haven't seen anything else like it anyway.

What's the issue with Calligrapher and SPB? I'm not sure I've ran into it? Although a couple times the full screen Keyboard went "return key" crazy - I thought it was something I hit that caused it.
