Sprint 6700 and Jabra BT500

Anyone have issues using a Jabra BT500 headset with a Sprint 6700? Specifically the headset losing it's pairing once every one to two weeks? One case in our company, the headset unpairs two to three times a day.

All of us run on the 6700 updated with the newest firware from Sprint.

Would like to know of others with problems or anyone that has solutions.

OK. This is no longer isolated to the Jabra BT headset. We have four of these phones in service. Three of the users complain of either once daily or multiple times during the day that the Jabra un-pairswith the 6700. As an experiment, one user got a Motorola BT headset. Same issue. All phones have the upgraded firmware.

I am the only one so far that does not suffer this issue. My Jabra does un-pair but only once every two weeks or so.

A call was made to Sprint and tech support said they do not have any fixes for the issue at this time. No fixes are planned either at this time since they are supposedly not receiving many calls on this.

Anyone have ANY issues with BT headsets un-pairing on a regular basis?
