Using the Camera Light as a flashlight or torch

Does anyone have the code to turn the camera light on and off to use it as a flashlight? Someones made a program for WM5 (http://www.vijay555.com/index.php?Releases:VJCandela)

But i was wondering whether anyone had the code for PocketPC 2003?

You know, you'd think they would have integrated something like that into a lot of phones here in the US already. My Nokia that I have (Vodafone) actually had two LEDs on the bottom of it for that specific purpose. Thing was GREAT, especially when I was trying to get my keys in the lock after a long night out (the hallway in my apartment building was REALLY dark).

Are there any models out there (none that I know of) that have that here in the States?
