I work in a company of 2 people. We both work from home but do onsite visits to other people's houses. We're thinking of buying a pda each. We want to be able to share our calenders wirelessly so for example if i finish at one site i can tick finished and it would let my partner know? I'm guessing some sort of windows mobile device would be best but how can i actually do it without using exchange 2003?!
Thanks,
Mark

I wish I could help with this. I assume you need Exchange for shared calendars?? I'm not sure if it is production-ready, but there is a developer on pdaphonehome that is developing a ppc app that syncs with iCalendar. I believe Google uses iCalendar. You could create a shared calendar on Google and try this guy's app.

What you want is a hosted Exchange account, for about $7 a month, that both your Pocket PCs would sync to. It will do exactly what you want. I use 4smartphone (http://www.4smartphone.net/affiliates.aspx?go=referal&ref=JD10726) for my hosted Exchange. [Affiliate]
