The SMT5600 is not, and will not be WM5 - they updated this to the new SDA/2125 which is Wm5.

What carrier are you on?

I know...thats the only windows mobile smartphone I want that is not on 5.0...I am on t mobile but am looking for an unlocked Audiovox SMT 5600
Audiovox SMT 5600 is the phone I really want but I am having a hard time finding someone to sell one to me (ebay is not my thing)(plus I am looking for a good price) And I am in the process of registering at smartphonethoughts as well
