It comes packed with a Samsung S3C2440 400MHz processor, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, quad-band GSM/GPRS support, a 2.8" QVGA (240 x 320) TFT-LCD, a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 1.2, an SDIO/MMC slot, a 1440mAh battery, and Windows Mobile 5.0. If these specs look familiar, it's because they're exactly the same as that of the M600, except the latter is blessed with Wi-Fi - quite possibly one of the major factors influencing our purchasing decision in this day and age. The M550 has a slightly different button layout - notably, the Contacts and Home (or M-Desk) buttons have been placed above the screen, and the two calling buttons and D-pad taking on a different shape.

Considering what this device has, I'd be more inclined to wait for E-TEN's EDGE-capable devices rumoured to make an appearance later this year.
