Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket??

Hey guys,
I'm about to buy a pocket pc. I'm stuck between two models. One that I really like comes with Windows Mobile 2003 PocketPC
while the other has Windows Mobile 5.0.


So whats the difference?

Windows Mobile 5 is newer, has more features, and includes flash memory support which extends battery life.
