Need Help: Know how to turn BT on/off right from Today Screen?

I am finding ways to turn Bluetooth services on and off right from Today screen instead of having to go to Start>Settings>Connections>Bluetooth to turn it on or off. I have reviewed such programs as PhoneProfile, PhoneAlarm, or PocketZenPhone. These programs can do the job but they do more than what I really need (hence eating up my PPC resources i.e., RAM). I only need to just turn BT on/off when needed. I am looking for a registry hack that puts a shortcut to turn BT on/off from the Today Screen. Please help.

Even easier - there is a number of "Bluetooth Togglers" that you simply assign to a speed dial.

I use this on my smartphone but supposedly works on PPC PE as well
