imate K-Jam V/s iPaq

Dear All,

I am struck between iMate K-JAM V/s iPaq 65 (or the new 69 series to be launched). Can somebody pls throw some light on these models which one you suggest me to buy? My considerations are the following:

- Mail/calendar sync with my office MS exchange server and calendar in my outlook
- Mail sync with other POP3/IMAP accounts like Hotmail/Yahoo etc
- Wi-Fi support
- SMS support (with support for concatenating messages)
- Instant messaging/chat support
- GPRS support
- Skype support
- MS office (word/excel/powerpoint) support + pdf support
- Bluetooth support
- Built-in keyboard
- Good performance
- Good service/support from the vendor + forum to exchange addl apps and exchanging thoughts
- Good battery life (would prefer with only phone usage + minimal PDA functionality usage for abt 3 days atleast)
- MP3 support
- Addl sd/mini-SD card support
- MMS support (optional)
