Outlook appointment notes

I have an iPAQ 3000 series with Windows Mobile 2003 and I use Outlook 2000 on my work pc.

I have lots of notes attached to the Outlook appointments on my work pc, but they are not syncing, or transferring to, my iPAQ. I have gone through the documentation and Microsoft help and have tried various settings but nothing works. Can anyone help?

I believe if you received software from your phone manufacturer you might have received Outlook 2002 or2003 bundled with your device just download this and presto chango it works and newer outlook is more robust and a better program.
