What to Buy Ipaq 69xx or I-Mate K-Jam

Anyone knows of a comparison between the Ipaq 6900 (or 6515) and I-mate K-Jam?

I've been looking at the K-Jam but should I wait for the Ipaq 69xx?

What would you recommend and why?

If you came from a treo650 and are used to one handed operation, then you would like this.

I do not like this unit because of form factor, and possible software compatability due to non-standard screen size.
Battery seems small for this type of unit.(1200mah)
It will be better than the treo700, due to faster processor and built in gps.

It is more powerfull than a k-jam, but do you need gps?
It will work on same type carrier as k-jam.

Treo will work on same type carrier as the HTC apache models (6700).

It (Ipaq 6900) will have a high price too :|
