First connect by Wifi
Note the host names or ip addresses of the networked PC's and the shared drive/folder path
Use file explorer to navigate to that path ie \\192.168.1.100\c:
I recommend Total Commander and Resco's File Explorer as they are more robust and support remote file execution whereas file explorer does not. TCommander is Free! www.ghisler.com

If you are opening video files with Total Commander, or any other file manager, you are not 'streaming'. Streaming requires a streaming server & client, which you get with Orb or other such systems. The streaming server/client pair serve to buffer data so that variations in transfer rate are less likely to affect playback. You need to either set up a streaming server or just copy the file to your device before playing if you are not getting acceptable playback just opening the files.

As always, Sven can be relied to provide a very educational explanation that reminds me of how much I have to learn. :D

I'm a little unclear on your post.
Can you describe what you are attempting to do in greater detail?

I just shared files on my PC (it was already connected to wireless router) then went to the shared folders via Pocket PS Explorer . Was asked for share password, gave it and it just connected. Maybe I forgot something? Everything works though.... :?
