I found PIE,Netfront can open the music file link.
what should I install?

It depends on the format you're streaming. Anyway, WMP 10 can stream WMV, WMA, MP3, etc. However, you need to find alternative players for other formats.

You have to determine the file format you're trying to stream. Also, do you have WMP 10 or 9 on your device? If the format is supported by WMP, the player should automatically start once you click on the link. If not, you can try copy/paste the link into "open URL" in WMP. Again, you have to determine what file format you're trying to stream.
