K-jam JAVA APPLET / HELP

Hello everyone,

I'm new on this forum.
I have an I mate (K-jam) and I'm having problems connecting to internet at university. My university requires java applet to log in (username and password). When i connect to internet, the html page appears but a pop up should appear too so that i can put my username and password, but unfortunetly nothing.
Does anyone know where i can find such program so i would be able to access internet.
I searched everywhere on the net but nothing.
Thank you in advance guys, I would be very happy if you find a solution for me.
