Great little app that changes the "Smart Minimize" button into a "Close" button. Keeps the same look and feel to the OS, plus all you have to do is stick a shortcut to it in the StartUp folder. To turn it off, just run it a second time. Best of all, it's FREE (includes source code as well). :)
