View Full Version : Can I do anything with these screen areas (WM5)?

Just got my new 8125 with WM5 up and running. Here is a screen shot with two areas circled:

I assume the area towards the bottom on the right is still referred to as the "tray" and the bottom is just the bottom bar? Short of going to something like WAD, is there anything I can do with these? Seems to take up a whole lot of screen real estate for just a few functions.[/img]

Is that wisbar advanced you have running? The 2.0 version will skin the bottom bar.

Tweaks2K2 can change the Contacts and Calendar area to whatever shortcut you want there.

That is WA2. Correct me if I am wrong, but being able to skin the bottom bar and being able to eliminate it (to get the real estate back) or add functionality are different things? I am also finding that as I adjust to using the d-pad that bottom bar is more and more useful.

Tweaks2K2 can change the Contacts and Calendar area to whatever shortcut you want there.

Actually, Wisbar advance desktop allows you to eliminate the bottom bar.
