The MSN Mobile (http://mobile.msn.com/pocketpc/) page offers all that. If you want even better maps, you can install the free Virtual Earth Mobile (http://www.viavirtualearth.com/vve/Gallery/VEMobile.ashx) application, which integrates tightly with Microsoft's Live services.
