I am an accountant. I found an apparent bug in a Mobil Excel math function.
The bug is that the ROUND function produces the value "0"
whenever the correct value is less than "1".
e.g =round(1*0.08333,2) results in "0" when it should be "0.08".
This is an astonishing error for a spreadsheet program.
javascript:emoticon('8O')
Shocked
A spreadsheet has to be lead-pipe reliable to be used professionally.
Device is a brand new Verizon UTSTARCOM XV6700 with Windows Mobil 5
Wow, no way to report a bug at MS.
The MS website directed me to a phone (800) 642-7676.
The phone number goes to phone tree craziness.
All I wanted to do is send an email in case they cared, but near as I could find there is only support email for a fee.
Cheers
