WM10 will not acknowledge my PPC SD Card

I just got a Dell AX51 with a 1G card. I have tried sync-ing with WM10 but it does not recognize my device. I have re-installed everything but it wont work. Any ideas?

I found that reinstalling ActiveSync 4.1 last fixed WMP10 in recognizing my device. You've already tried this? And does ActiveSync itself work reliably?

Thank you. I had re-installed active sync but when I did it I didn't choose to sync media - I went back later and selected to sync media. After reading your post I removed/reinstalled active sync again. After selecting to sync media at install time it worked.

Glad to hear it worked... although you shouldn't have to set up Media Sync, WMP should recognize the device anyway. AS 4.1 is a little quirky... :?

I'm having the same problem with my PPC-6700.

I'll try reinstalling Active Sync 4.1 and report what happens.
