Deploy help file along with WM2003 app

I created a sliding wood piece puzzle game on .net and deployed to pocket pc, but don't know enough about .inf files to modify the .inf file to automatically deploy the included .htm help page to the desired /windows directory. Until I can do that, I don't plan on submitting the app to the user community. Can anyone here help me?

Are you using Visual Studio to create this? If so, you should be able to add the help file to your solution, change (or confirm) the file type to "Content" and it will be deployed with your executable.

Otherwise, maybe you could mention the toolset you're using or have available for this purpose.

It seems like I did try this (its been a year or so ago), but it deployed to the directory I specified on my PC, not the pocketpc.
